Timothy L. Adkins-Jones
Appointed as Assistant Professor of Homiletics at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. He is currently the pastor of the Bethany Baptist Church in Newark, NJ, and a PhD Candidate at Boston University. He has previously taught at both Union and Yale Divinity School. Robert Beamish
Appointed as Hub Tutor for the Light College with Northern Baptist College, where he will teach homiletics courses in the undergraduate program and oversee the training of students for Baptist Ministry in his national union.
Suzanne Wenonah Duchesne
Appointed as Visiting Professor of Worship and Preaching and Director of the Chapel at New Brunswick Theological Seminary, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Suzanne was previously on faculty and heavily involved in chapel planning at Moravian Theological Seminary. You can read more about Suzanne here.
Kenyatta Gilbert
Promoted to rank of full Professor at Howard University. He is also a contributing editor to the "Living the Word" section of Sojourners Magazine.
Shauna Hannan
Promoted to rank of full Professor at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary at Californina Lutheran University in Berkeley. Shauna continues to serve as Core Doctoral Faculty in Homiletics for the Graduate Theological Union and just completed her term as chair of the Religion and Practice program.
Andre E. Johnson
Appointed Scholar in Residence with the Benjamin L. Hooks Institute for Social Change at the University of Memphis. Andre was also named the "2020 Religious Scholar of the Year" by the Religious Communication Association. You can read more about this award here.

Matthew D. Kim
Appointed to the George F. Bennett Chair in Practical Theology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is currently Associate Professor of Preaching and Ministry and Director of the Haddon W. Robinson Center for Preaching. You can read more about the announcement here.

Accepted the position of Associate Professor of Homiletics at Emmanuel College in the University of Toronto.
Karoline M. Lewis
Promoted to full Professor of Biblical Preaching at Luther Seminary. Karoline is the Marbury E. Anderson Chair in Biblical Preaching as well as the Director of both the Festival of Homiletics and the seminary's Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching program.
Susan McGurgan
Promoted to rank of Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Mount St. Mary's Seminary and School of Theology.
Joy J. Moore
Elected Vice President of Academic Afffairs and Academic Dean at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. Joy is Associate Professor of Biblical Preaching.
Rob O'Lynn
Promoted to rank of Associate Professor of Preaching and Ministry and appointed Dean of the School of Distance and General Education at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky. Rob is also the Director of Graduate Bible Programs at KCU.
Rodney Palmer
Accepted the position of Assistant Professor of Religion (emphasis in Homiletics and Pastoral Theology) and Director of the Ministry Practicum Program in the Department of Religion and Biblical Language at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
